Zola Baby Expected Arrival Discount Terms and Conditions

Zola offers each eligible Zola Baby registrant an expected arrival discount of 15% (“Expected Arrival Discount”), redeemable on orders for unpurchased gifts remaining on such registrant’s Zola Baby registry up to a combined value of $2,000, for a maximum discount amount of $300.00. The Expected Arrival Discount applies only during the period beginning 60 days prior to such registrant’s Expected Arrival Date (defined below) and ending 90 days after such registrant’s Expected Arrival Date (“Discount Period”).  

Each eligible Zola Baby registry is eligible for one Expected Arrival Discount, without regard to whether the applicable registrant has previously received or redeemed an Expected Arrival Discount in connection with any other Zola Baby registry. There is no limit on the number of Zola Baby registries a registrant may create, or on the total number of Expected Arrival Discounts a registrant may receive, over the registrant’s lifetime; provided that (i) only one Expected Arrival Discount may be active at any given time, and (ii) no Zola Baby account may redeem more than four (4) Expected Arrival Discounts in any rolling twelve (12) month period. An Expected Arrival Discount is “active” during its Discount Period until the earlier of its redemption or the end of such Discount Period. If the Discount Periods for two or more Zola Baby registries would otherwise overlap, only the Expected Arrival Discount for the registry with the earliest Expected Arrival Date will be active, and the Expected Arrival Discount for each other such registry will not become active until no other Expected Arrival Discount is active; no Discount Period will be extended on account of the foregoing. As used herein, “Zola Baby account” means a single registrant account on https://baby.zola.com, identified by the email address associated with such an account. Where more than one account is associated with a Zola Baby registry, an Expected Arrival Discount redeemed on such registry will count against the account through which it was redeemed.

To be eligible for the Expected Arrival Discount, the applicable Zola Baby registrant must have a Zola Baby registry on https://baby.zola.com that was created 30 or more days prior to their Expected Arrival Date and remains active through the last date on which the registrant seeks to apply the Expected Arrival Discount. A Zola Baby registry that has been deleted is not eligible for the Expected Arrival Discount, and no Expected Arrival Discount may be applied to or redeemed on a deleted registry, regardless of any orders previously placed on such registry. If a Zola Baby registry is deleted before an Expected Arrival Discount has been applied at checkout, the Expected Arrival Discount for such registry is void. Restoring or recreating a deleted Zola Baby registry does not restore eligibility for the Expected Arrival Discount unless otherwise determined by Zola in its sole discretion. As used herein, “Expected Arrival Date” means the bona fide expected arrival date of the Zola Baby registrant as specified in such registrant’s Registry Settings within their Zola Baby account. If you do not specify an expected arrival date in your Registry Settings, you will not be eligible for the Expected Arrival Discount. Changes to the Expected Arrival Date after the Discount Period has begun will not change the original end date of such Discount Period unless otherwise determined by Zola in its sole discretion. The Expected Arrival Discount applies only to eligible merchandise sold directly by Zola on a Zola Baby registry on https://baby.zola.com/ and is subject to the brand and product exclusions listed below. The Expected Arrival Discount may be used to purchase sale items, but may not be used in combination with any other discounts, promotions, coupons or codes. The Expected Arrival Discount does not apply to (and may not be used in connection with purchases of) the following: experiences, cash funds, honeymoon funds, gift cards or gift certificates (including Zola gift cards and Zola store credit), gifts imported from or purchased on third-party websites or stores, past purchases, gifts added after your Expected Arrival Date, returned merchandise or employee purchases. The Expected Arrival Discount is non-transferable and is not eligible for cash/credit back. Zola reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Expected Arrival Discount at any time. The Expected Arrival Discount is void where prohibited by law. Zola may void, decline to apply, or revoke any Expected Arrival Discount that Zola reasonably believes has been obtained or used in violation of these terms and conditions, including through the use of duplicate or household-linked accounts or Zola Baby registries, an Expected Arrival Date that is not bona fide, or any other misuse, fraud or abuse. Zola may also modify these Expected Arrival Discount terms and conditions from time to time in our sole discretion, in which case we will post the revised terms and conditions here.
