What are the shipping and return policies on Zola Baby?

We are proud to offer $5.99 ground shipping on most items sold on Zola Baby. We also offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola Baby as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a prepaid return label for your convenience.

$5.99 is not available on some items (such as furniture) that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight, or special handling necessary to make sure your order arrives safely. Returns of these items may also be subject to a restocking fee.

If you're returning a gift you received from someone else, we’ll refund you in the form of Zola store credit. If you’re returning an item you purchased yourself, we’ll refund your original form of payment. Refunds will be equal to the full amount paid, less any shipping surcharges and/or restocking fees (if applicable).

To return a gift you received off your registry, head to your gift tracker and select “Return.” You’ll receive your refund in the form of Zola store credit. This credit will never expire and you can put it towards any of the coveted brands in our store.
