Please allow up to 10 business days for your first cash transfer to process.
Your first transfer takes about 7 - 10 business days, as we verify your account information with your bank for your security. After that, transfers will only take about 2-3 business days, depending on your bank!
We recommend getting that first transfer out of the way ASAP, so you can receive the rest of your cash gifts much more quickly.
(For your most recent incoming gifts, there is a 4-5 day waiting period. Any gifts in this period will have a "Funds Pending" note in your Gift Tracker. This is a feature we've added to the site to protect both our users' and their guests' payment information. During the 4-5 day waiting period, we review each order, after which your funds become available for transfer.)
