If you choose to ship a gift directly to the growing family (this is the default), we'll send tracking information to the family instead of you. This is because at Zola, we let the family know when to ship their gifts home. That way they can avoid gifts randomly showing up on their doorstep (and potentially getting stolen) and towers of boxes at home the days surrounding the arrival of their little one. But, rest assured, we’ll notify the family of your generous gift.
If you choose to ship the gift to another address (like your own), we’ll email your tracking information to the address you provided. Please note that tracking information can take up to three business days to compile.
