Can friends & family remove an item from my Zola Baby registry if they choose to purchase from a different store?

Absolutely! We can certainly mark items bought elsewhere as “purchased”. After all, we want to keep the registry as accurate as possible, to minimize the possibility of receiving duplicates.

For gift purchased on Zola: Just have your friends and family contact us and we'll take care of it!

We will need both of your full names, the expected arrival date, and the item(s) purchased. Also, we will need for them to give us their full name, and the order confirmation number.

For gifts purchased externally: Guests can click on the “I bought this already” button to confirm their purchase and mark it off your registry! They’ll just need to enter their contact information and order details.
